Once your order has been processed and customised, you will recieve an email. This is when the countdown for the shipment begins. Although we try to get your hair to you as fast as possible, please give yourself at least a 2 week window before you need the hair to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery. If you are not happy with your order, we will try our best to put a smile back on your face, however please contact us within 48 hours of your parcel arriving. We allow refunds and exchanges only if the item is returned to us in the original condition, factory condition, as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. Items that have been used or washed is not allowed to be returned. You have up to 14 days if you want to process a refund or an exchange, after this time frame we do not allow refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any briaiding hair.

When you purchase our wigs you qualify for a free install (customisation is NOT included). To schedule please contact us with your order number and full name to book an appointment. If you would like the wig customised, please let us know in your email.
